At Threshers, we strive for total satisfaction with every gourmet order; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are handled with specific care to ensure food safety. If your items arrive damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
Return Process

Email our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photos of any damaged or incorrect food items.
- 2.Review Process
Our quality assurance team will review your request and photos to ensure the claim meets our freshness and safety standards for a resolution.
- 3.Authorization
Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number; please note that perishable items should not be mailed back unless specifically requested.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
After approval, we will either ship a fresh replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
